Professional Appraisal Company offers an annual update program at no additional cost that provides a significant savings over a three year period. This program guarantees future replacement cost appraisals at a fixed rate and allows our clients to project future expenses while exercising due diligence.
Upon enrollment in the program you are eligible for a 60% reduction from the initial appraisal fee if the property is in similar condition as at the time of original inspection and reinspection is not required. Should an inspection be required due to damages or renovations during the update period then a 30% fee reduction will be applied.
At the completion of the third update we will contact you to discuss renewal and reinspection of your property. You may withdraw from the program at any time at which time future appraisals will be quoted and performed at full fee.
